How to buy on the Conte of Florence website

 

You do not need to be registered to make purchases on www.conteofflorence.com, you can also shop as a Guest. However, we recommend you register and create your own account to access exclusive areas and services reserved for our registered customers.

 

How can I view an article and find information about it?

By selecting the E-Store option from the menu at the top of the page and then Man/Woman and the collection in the drop-down menu, you access a list of products. To find a pair of trousers or a sweater, click on the relative product category in the menu on the left and all the articles in the selected category currently on sale will appear. To find more information about an individual article, click on the photo of the garment to access the product details, which will give the following information – description, size and colours, purchase price and external fabric composition. How do I place an order?

To place an order, just:

  • • choose the colour and size of the article from the product specification.
  • • add the article to your cart by clicking on ADD TO CART, and the item selected will be automatically added.
  • • repeat the process to add further articles, or click on the cart and then on BUY NOW.
  • • the order review page will open, and if you have a promotional code, you should enter it in the relevant field, otherwise select NEXT STEP to continue with your order.
  • • to continue, select the appropriate manner of purchase: GUEST or REGISTERED CUSTOMER .
  • • the billing and shipping data page will open, and after entering your details, select SAVE AND CONTINUE
  • • at this point you select the shipping option and payment method and then select CONFIRM
  • • the order review page will now open, check that all the information entered is correct and click on GO TO CHECKOUT. Proceed with payment to finalise your order.
  • • Confirmation of the order will be sent to the email address provided when you place your order.
  • • Further emails will follow informing you of progress of your order.

 

How do I add or delete articles from my order?

Once the purchasing process has been completed it is not possible to amend the details, so articles can be neither added nor deleted. To purchase new articles, it is necessary to place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once confirmed, the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.

The parcel may be returned following our Returns Policy.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, access your account on www.conteofflorence.com where you can see all orders placed and their relative status. The most important communications will also be sent to the email address provided with the order.

 

More than 24 hours have passed and I have not received confirmation of my order. What should I do?

It is important to check your junk mail and make sure shop@conteofflorence.com is included in email account’s list of safe contacts. This will prevent the anti=spam filter from blocking future communications.

Why have some of the items I added to the cart disappeared?

If a long time passed between selection of the items, their addition to the cart and finalisation of the order with the relative payment, it can happen that some of them are no longer available. This is because the items selected can still be purchased by anyone until payment has been made

 

What is the Promotional Code, and how do I use it?

The promotional code is a Conte of Florence initiative reserved for return customers to access special offers, and is given in the newsletter. To make use of a promotional code you have received, just enter it in the relevant field during the purchase process. Should the code be no longer valid, check the expiry date.
